Dental Leadership Position

Aspen Dental is seeking a highly skilled Dentist to lead our clinical team as a Managing Clinical Director.
About the Role:
We are looking for a DDS or DMD with excellent leadership skills to manage our clinical team and ensure the highest standards of patient care. As a Managing Clinical Director, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive full mouth exams, diagnosing dental conditions, and providing high-quality clinical treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership
- Assume excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism
- Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
- Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
- Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
- Maintain an awareness of the budget and work in conjunction with the Operations team to attain financial objectives
- Mentor and coach new dentists and an entire team of dental professionals
- Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
- Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community
