- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, standards, and guidelines. Prepare and submit necessary documentation for permits and approvals.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications. Perform inspections and reviews during construction phases.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Provide regular project updates and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Innovation and Sustainability: Promote innovative and sustainable engineering practices in all projects. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, not required.
- Experience: Minimum of [3] years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on transportation and roadway projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and other relevant tools. Strong knowledge of transportation planning, geometric design, and traffic engineering.
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion. Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to develop creative and practical solutions to engineering challenges.
- Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 a year, commensurate with experience.
