Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer to join our team at Bohler. As a key member of our site development team, you will be responsible for designing site plans for top brand name clients across various industries. Your expertise in technical site design and project management will be essential in delivering high-quality projects and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with external clients to understand their site development needs and provide expert design solutions
Collaborate with team members to perfect technical site design knowledge and share expertise
Design site plans for clients, immersing yourself in the project management lifecycle from initial project scoping to closeout
Partner with your manager to tailor your career path towards technical design expertise or project/staff management

Requirements:

The ability to learn quickly, strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic
A passion for design and creative problem-solving
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Professional Engineering (PE) license a plus
Experience in site civil design
Practical experience with civil engineering technology (AutoCAD Civil3D)
