About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Player Services Representative to join our team at Hollywood Casino York. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service while accurately and efficiently performing patron transactions with cash and cash equivalents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Quality Guest Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Accurately Process Transactions: Process cash and cash equivalent transactions with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Stay Knowledgeable: Stay up-to-date on player's club promotions and events, ensuring you can effectively communicate with guests and promote our offerings.
  • Assist with Player Enrollment: Assist guests with enrolling, changing, or redeeming transactions in player's club, maintaining accuracy and providing a positive experience.
  • Operate Cash Handling Systems: Operate cash handling systems, including exchanging cash and cash equivalents, performing chip transfers, and issuing gaming vouchers.
  • Run Reports and Verification: Run reports and verification information for patron credit line requests, ensuring compliance with property Credit Committee and PGCB regulations.
  • Develop Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with loyal players, providing a personalized experience and encouraging return visits.
  • Support Team Members: May function as a Main Bank Cashier or Count Team Member as necessary, supporting team members and ensuring seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 6 months of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous Cash Handling Experience: Previous cash handling experience preferred.
  • Age: Must be 18 years of age.
