Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Management Specialist to join our team at Capital One. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting activities related to financial management, budget analysis, and reporting, including labor and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support activities related to financial management, budget analysis, and reporting, including labor and vendor management
  • Quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Interact and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels across the division and company to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
  • Develop, execute, and validate processes that will drive budget, labor, and operational excellence
  • Facilitate and support budget and vendor oversight and related processes, providing thought leadership to help identify improvements for budget and vendor performance management in support of departmental objectives

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 4 years of experience with Process Management or Project Management
  • At least 2 years of experience with budget analysis and budget management
  • At least 2 years of experience with Google Suite
  • At least 2 years of experience preparing presentations for technology leadership and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Process Management
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management
  • 3+ years of experience creating presentations for technology leadership and business stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and partnership skills
