Role Overview:

As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining an organized and well-stocked retail environment. Your leadership will be essential in guiding Team Members and managing inventory effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in reaching sales and profitability objectives while ensuring team performance metrics are achieved.

  • Act as the Manager on Duty and fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in retail management and leadership roles is highly desirable.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to move throughout the store efficiently.
  • Physical tasks may include bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching.
  • Ability to lift heavy items and access high shelves.
