The estimated salary for this position is $62,500 - $72,500 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of new processes and procedures, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with operators, technicians, and engineering resources to update training materials and standardize processes.
  • Analyze data from various sources to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of project progress, including timelines, milestones, and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Must possess excellent technical knowledge of chemical processing and manufacturing operations.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Must possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Must be willing to learn and adapt quickly, with a strong desire to contribute to the success of the organization.
  • Must be available to work full-time during the semester, with opportunities to return for future semesters.
  • Ideal candidates would be 2nd or 3rd-year students majoring in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
