Job Overview

As a key member of the R&H Construction team, the Project Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the successful planning and coordination of activities on designated projects. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on facilitating the achievement of project goals and objectives within the prescribed time and funding parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project documentation, including subcontractor submittals, requests for information (RFIs), and OAC meeting minutes.
  • Track project progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Assist with quality control documentation and testing, including documenting work on the building envelope and window testing.
  • Manage the project closeout process, including the punchlist, owner training materials, and procuring and tracking attic stock materials.
  • Represent R&H Construction in a positive and productive light to clients, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Participate in R&H business development efforts, including attending industry networking events and client lunches.
