Job Overview:

The OSP Field Engineer I will perform various OSP field engineering and design functions for CDFS projects, including site surveys, field engineering, and CAD of aerial, underground, and buried telecommunication systems.


Key Responsibilities:
  • OSP staking, work order package preparation, and acquiring permits and private rights-of-way.
  • OSP design and planning, construction, and cost analysis to determine the most cost-effective and efficient manner of communications facility placement.

Requirements:
  • Fieldwork, site survey, and CAD experience.
  • Previous experience in a multi-tasking, results-oriented position in a deadline-focused department.
  • Strong communication and computer skills.
