Job Overview

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Pediatric Care Management Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team.

Position Highlights:

  • Location: Flexible work arrangement combining remote responsibilities and in-home visits.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly wage ranging from $38 to $45, dependent on experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package available for full-time employees after a probationary period.
  • 401(k) plan with company matching contributions after one year of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a caseload of pediatric clients enrolled in the STAR KIDS Medicaid program.
  • Conduct assessments with clients in their residences 2-3 days per week.
  • Dedicate the remaining 2-3 days to documentation and administrative tasks from a remote setting.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in Texas.
  • Experience in pediatric nursing is essential.
  • Background in acute care, long-term care, community health clinics, or public health is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in behavioral health or home health care.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare systems.
