We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LVN to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a pediatric home care nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of medically fragile children and their families.

About the Role

As an LVN with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC, you will provide high-quality clinical home care to children with complex medical needs. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver personalized care and support to our patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current, valid LVN license to practice in the state of Texas
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a home care setting
