Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all equipment, including but not limited to boilers, cooling towers, refrigeration systems, pumps, valves, motors, and Variable Frequency Drives.
  • Equipment Calibration: Calibrate equipment to ensure accurate and efficient operation.
  • Log Keeping: Record all maintenance activities in digital or handwritten logs.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Perform basic sanitation needs after maintaining equipment and comply with all plant quality and operational safety policies.
  • Troubleshooting: Perform in-depth troubleshooting of all equipment through research, past experience, or operations manuals.
  • Maintenance and Repair of Equipment: Perform in-depth maintenance of all equipment, including rebuilding pumps, replacing seals, rebuilding valves, and complete equipment tear-down and rebuild.
Requirements
  • Quality Workmanship: Demonstrate quality workmanship in performing job duties.
  • Safety Awareness: Show safety awareness and comply with all plant quality and operational safety policies.
  • Adaptability: Adapt to ever-changing demands in the operation.
  • Dependability: Demonstrate dependability in performing job duties as instructed.
  • Communication Skills: Competency in reading, understanding, and writing/recording in English, equipment values or corrective actions taken.
  • Mathematical Skills: Competency in addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, in all units of measure and be able to work with fractions and decimals.
Working Conditions
  • Work Location: In-person work at our facility.
  • Expected Hours: 40-55 hours per week.
  • Pay: $35.00 per hour.
