Revit CAD Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Revit CAD Designer to join our team at EFCO Corp. The ideal candidate will have experience with Computer Aided Drafting software and be able to create accurate and detailed drawings for custom and standard projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creates erection drawings with Revit to be used in both custom and standard projects as assigned by direct reports.
  • Generates detailed mechanical drawings with Computer Aided Drafting software for manufacturing and warehouse applications.
  • Enters equipment lists as needed for projects and makes adjustments appropriately.
  • Acts in a liaison capacity with warehouse to troubleshoot assembly problems and reviews with Checker, District Engineer, Corporate Production Engineer or other management personnel as needed.
  • Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required.

Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional drafting or education being a plus. General construction knowledge, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills are also desired. Experience using Computer Aided Drafting software is required, as well as organizational and PC skills.
