About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and manufacturing, to ensure smooth communication and execution of sales strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business growth opportunities within assigned customer base.
  • Develop and manage sales plans and budgets, as well as forward-looking views (forecast).
  • Manage a database of potential customers and inbound inquiries to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and track customer information regarding product, price, incoterms, documents, and other key data.
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, building rapport, and providing technical solutions.
  • Develop accounts by understanding and monitoring customer's buying history; Provide support for outside sales, as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
  • At least 3 years of inside sales, account management, or customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of plastics a plus.
  • Prior CRM software experience.
  • Ability to travel to customers, up to 5-10% as needed.
