Qualifications

  • Experience in specialty retail or a similar environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn across various store functions.
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for both employees and customers.
  • Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, using appropriate safety measures.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is required for positions in Quebec; additional languages are an asset.
