Role Responsibilities

Key Duties Include:
- Assisting with daily store operations, including early morning or late evening shifts.
- Conducting inventory checks, restocking items, managing returns, shelving products, and processing incoming merchandise.
- Applying merchandising standards to create an engaging and visually appealing store environment.
- Creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for customers.
- Enhancing the lives of our customers through joyful interactions.
- Utilizing our products to narrate stories.
- Engaging with customers on the sales floor.
- Curating tailored product selections for each customer.

Qualifications
Preferred experience in specialty retail or a similar environment, though not mandatory.
Willingness to adapt, learn, and engage with all aspects of the store.
Demonstrated dedication to providing an outstanding employee and customer experience.
Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
Capability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, using appropriate safety techniques.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Bilingualism (French/English) is required for positions in Quebec; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
