About the Role

As a comprehensive otolaryngologist, you will provide the full range of medical and surgical care to patients. You will work collaboratively with our team of 20 physicians within the Head and Neck Surgery Department, comprised of generalists and sub-specialists in all areas. In addition, four physician assistants will support your practice.

Compensation
  • The salary range is $325,350-$391,950, prorated to .90 FTE.
  • Our employer contributes 21% to retirement programs, including pension.
  • Health plan is employer-paid at 90%+.
  • Paid annual education leave + $2K annual education allowance.
What We Offer

In addition to the estimated annual total rewards value of $398,393 - $515,000, new hire incentives include relocation allowance up to $15K. Other exceptional benefits include leadership opportunities, shareholder opportunities, and paid sabbatical after attaining shareholder status.
