We are seeking a highly organized and deadline-driven Payroll Analyst to join our team at BBSI Portland. This is a unique opportunity to work with a client base, providing payroll processing and consultation services while improving process efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Recommend integrated systems solutions for clients' payroll needs, including proficiency in Bridge Master and other related systems.
- Identify system options to achieve better results for clients and branches, becoming an expert in BBSI Payroll Systems, CRM, and Time & Attendance systems.
Our ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the payroll lifecycle, amendments, and payroll deductions, as well as experience with garnishment and payroll laws.
Requirements:- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in payroll, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-state environment.
- Customer service experience and conflict management skills required.
- Systems-oriented individual with proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of wage and hour laws, garnishment laws, and taxability of wages.
We offer a competitive salary range of $33.16-$36.00 per hour, annual incentive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, health savings account, flexible savings account, dental insurance, vision insurance, and more.
