Job Summary:

The Clinical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Telemetry Department, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and service. This includes managing human resources, investigating and resolving patient complaints, and providing direction in crisis situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage human resources at the unit level in a cost-effective manner
  • Promptly and fully investigate and resolve complaints of patients, visitors, staff, and physicians
  • Provide direction in changing workload during crisis and emergency situations
  • Accept responsibility for helping employees understand difficult administrative decisions

About Us:

Desert Regional Medical Center is a 385-bed acute-care hospital classified as a stroke receiving center and level 2 trauma facility. Our innovative, patient-centered Rehabilitation Services Department provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including acute care rehabilitation, joint replacement & spinal surgery, neurosurgery, ICU, Telemetry, step-down care, skilled nursing, and outpatient therapy.
