Job Summary

We are seeking an Environmental Services Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading small teams to complete housekeeping, laundry, and floor care duties on varying shifts. You will also assist in training, quality control, and in-servicing of staff.

Responsibilities
  • Lead small teams to complete housekeeping, laundry, and floor care duties on varying shifts
  • Assist in training, quality control, and in-servicing of staff
  • Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff in the absence of the Account Manager
  • Ensure established standards, safety, and quality guidelines are met
  • Follow infection control and universal precautions policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Utilize leadership skills to accomplish responsibilities without supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously
