As a Personal Care Assistant, you will perform essential personal care and patient-specific tasks to support clients with their daily living activities, including but not limited to:
- Assisting clients with personal hygiene
- Helping with dressing and grooming
- Preparing meals and snacks as per dietary guidelines
- Accompanying clients to appointments or errands
- Conducting light housekeeping duties
- Providing supportive care in hospice settings and reminding clients about medications
- Utilizing lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts when necessary
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Capability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly
- Prior experience in home care as a Caregiver or Personal Care Assistant is advantageous
