Key Responsibilities">
  • Prepare comprehensive financial analyses of current and projected baselines for assigned program elements, including spend plans and Program Operating Memoranda (POM).
  • Track obligation and expenditure rates of funds by organization, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
  • Manage the Budgeting Execution Report (BER) and Execution Plan, supporting initial distribution efforts.
  • Provide fiscal expertise to the Branch Chief in preparing and presenting briefings for existing and proposed system changes.
  • Support the PPBE process, ensuring funding requirements are properly captured and validated.
  • Prepare briefings and other products for leadership engagement with senior leaders to articulate OCO resource requirements.
  • Process commitment and obligation documentation, including Forms 616, Forms 9, and MIPRs.
  • Maintain functional proficiency on USAF financial management applications, including PBES, CRIS, and DEAMS.

Requirements:

  • Possess a SECRET Clearance.
  • Minimum five years of financial resource management experience, including two years of budget cycle preparation and program financial baseline analysis.
  • Minimum of four years of financial experience utilizing financial processing software applications/systems such as DEAMS, CRIS, and ABSS or current equivalent.
  • Knowledge of USG/DoD principles, methodologies, and approaches used in Resource Management, Budgeting, and Acquisitions that support cyberspace requirements.
  • Understand the PPBE process.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple complex tasks and delegate amongst the contract workforce.
