As a key member of the Eurofins USA BioPharma Services team, the Project Management Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of client projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, commercial staff, and internal departments to deliver high-quality results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact closely with clients to understand their goals and expectations, and communicate these to the operations team through the setup of the design within an electronic LIMS system.
  • Work closely with commercial staff and clients to define the scope of client projects, and assist in the preparation of quotes and proposals.
  • Provide project oversight, act as a client advocate on site, and interact with operations and analytical testing to keep all parties informed of project status.
  • Assist in the projection of routine and provide professional updates to management on project status, operational issues, and client satisfaction.
  • Responsible for updating information in the CRM system.
  • Manage logistical aspects of study prerequisites, ensuring all necessary materials are onsite to start a project in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure the accuracy of project setup by reviewing all study information, and ensure that the study design accurately reflects client expectations and quoted projections.
  • Manage change orders and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Accountable for Test Design, including providing specification information, calculation determination, regulatory status, and reporting criteria.
  • Manage multiple clients, coordinating with internal departments to meet client timelines.
  • Responsible for evaluating invoices as directed.
  • Provide internal support for managing document flow between internal groups and clients.
  • Support external project managers with critical front-end information gathering and maintain internal visibility into project status.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work closely with clients, commercial staff, and internal departments.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in using electronic LIMS systems and CRM software.
