About the Role:
We are looking for a Recreation Leader to join our team at the City of Oregon City, OR. As a Recreation Leader, you will be responsible for leading a variety of activities and programs for children and adults.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan and lead games, crafts, and other recreational activities
• Supervise events and classes, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for participants
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries from parents and staff
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including daily camp preparation and clean up
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on program offerings and best practices

What We're Looking For:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a recreational setting or similar environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups
• CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications required or obtain within 30 days of hire
