Job Summary
As a Contact Center Representative at Mass Markets, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound contacts in a professional and timely manner. Your goal will be to ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous and professional manner.
- Research systems to find missing information and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
- Document and process customer claims in appropriate systems.
- Lead fact-finding discussions to determine the best options for the customer.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
