Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in case management, nursing, or related healthcare roles
  • Strong understanding of case management principles and healthcare management, with knowledge of Medicaid being advantageous
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Compassionate approach with effective teamwork skills
  • Current licensure or certification in a relevant field
  • Bachelor's degree in a related healthcare discipline
