Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Department Manager to join our team at Central Power Systems & Services. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our parts department, ensuring seamless customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise the parts department, ensuring efficient inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance, productivity, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with other department managers to enhance cross-functional workflows and promote a positive work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and develop personnel improvement plans to ensure staff growth and development.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring compliance with corporate goals and customer demands.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly review the Monthly Operating Statement (M.O.S.) to measure departmental financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust staffing levels as needed.
  • Evaluate market trends and opportunities to drive business growth and increase market share.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Previous experience in parts management, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
