About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager II-Design Section to oversee and perform advanced engineering, architectural, construction inspection, or other technical project management work. As a key member of our team, you will provide leadership and oversight related to all aspects of architectural or engineering construction projects, including planning, controlling, and ensuring compliance with relevant state and federal laws, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Serve as a lead worker and oversee project assignments, determining work requirements to complete project plans and coordinating scheduling to accommodate projects already underway.
- Monitor project phasing and traffic control plans and ensure adherence to approved safety standards.
- Train professional and technical staff and perform other job responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or relevant experience may be substituted for education on a year-per-year basis.
- 6 years of construction project management experience, project management, process engineering, and/or business process improvement methodologies.
- Valid driver's license and Safety Impact Certificate.
