Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As a Senior Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial interviews and needs assessments to determine client insurance requirements
  • Evaluate and recommend insurance products from our network of top-rated carriers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing support and service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes, and communicate these to clients and colleagues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage relationships and support clients
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer and software skills
  • Teachable spirit and willingness to learn
Compensation

Competitive salary range: $69,000 - $99,000 per year
