Job Description

Aerotek is seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join our team in a cleanroom environment. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for performing complex assembly, testing, adjustments, and quality checks. You will review production data to identify non-conformance areas and implement necessary modifications. Prepare status reports and work with team members to develop improvements to equipment, processes, systems, and tooling. Ensure proper handling and loading of materials on production lines. Provide direction and training on product/customer specifications and workmanship standards. Audit all stages of the build sequence for completeness, consistency, and workmanship, and provide immediate feedback and training when issues arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform complex assembly, testing, adjustments, and quality checks
  • Review production data to identify non-conformance areas and implement necessary modifications
  • Prepare status reports and work with team members to develop improvements to equipment, processes, systems, and tooling
  • Ensure proper handling and loading of materials on production lines
  • Provide direction and training on product/customer specifications and workmanship standards
  • Audit all stages of the build sequence for completeness, consistency, and workmanship
