Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling WFE components using hand tools, torque wrenches, and equipment. You will also be required to read and navigate work instructions and schematics, work in teams to ensure workflow and production schedule is maintained, and perform visual inspections of components prior to installation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble WFE components using hand tools, torque wrenches, and equipment
  • Read and navigate work instructions and schematics
  • Work in teams to ensure workflow and production schedule is maintained
  • Perform visual inspections of components prior to installation
  • Assist with audits through visual inspection and verifying checklists
  • Closes assigned tasks by verifying work was completed, verifying Cell Fusion was completed, and signing off and giving a description of what was done
  • Installs parts and hardware correctly by following Cell Fusion instructions and using hand tools and fixtures if needed; verifies Cell Fusion completion
  • Adhere to personal and product safety guidelines by utilizing appropriate PPE, following clean room procedures, and utilizing fixtures to aid in the assembly of tools
  • Perform Risk Management By Walking Around (RMBWA) inspections and document, correct, and/or escalate safety issues/hazards to appropriate individuals/departments

  • Mechanically inclined
  • Experience using Microsoft Office platforms
  • Semiconductor industry experience null
