About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Engineer to join our team at Prestige Brands. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our computer system users, designing and implementing software and servers, and supporting Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify the proper operation of software systems, virtualization, and backups.
  • Provide tier 2 support for software systems, both cloud and on-prem.
  • Participate in security and incident response escalation.
  • Monitor and manage software licenses and usage.
  • Install and perform escalated repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment.
  • Follow best practices for cGMP processes for validated systems.
  • Participate in the validation of computer systems for GMP functions.
  • Be available on call for after-hours support of software and hardware systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Technical certifications in ITIL, M365 Administration, Azure Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated project management IT experience.
  • 6 or more years of related job experience.
