About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Healthcare Engagement Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of consultants, elaborating commercial proposals, and advising clients on innovation and new business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of consultants, including project supervision and ongoing team training
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to develop commercial proposals and define methodologies and budgets to meet client needs
  • Provide expert advice to clients, primarily working with Innovation, R&D, or Marketing teams of major healthcare groups in the USA
  • Ensure the quality of projects performed by you or your team
  • Report directly to the Business Unit Director
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of work experience in consulting
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in a scientific or business field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the life sciences field
  • Project management experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, organizational/project planning, taste for excellence, entrepreneurship, ambition, autonomy, creativity, charisma, and leadership
