We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Host to join our team at Arcis Golf. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their table or designated area
  • Provide menus and inform guests of their server and any special requests
  • Manage special seating requests and ensure timely seating
  • Relay messages to servers and other staff as needed
  • Restock front of house areas and maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Interact with guests to provide outstanding customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain effective guest relations and ensure a pleasant visit for each guest

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Flexibility with scheduling, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
