Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Host to join our team at Arcis Golf. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their table
  • Provide menus and inform guests of their server
  • Manage special seating requests and relay messages to servers and staff
  • Restock front of house areas and maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Provide outstanding guest service and resolve any complaints or concerns

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Flexibility with scheduling, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
