Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. As a LVN, you'll visit patients in their homes and provide nursing care under the direction of RNs and in compliance with physicians' orders.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to patients in their homes, under the direction of RNs and in compliance with physicians' orders.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Must possess a valid state driver's license.
  • Must possess automobile liability insurance.
  • Must wear seat belts at all times while driving.
  • Dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
  • Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
  • Must be currently licensed as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the State of employment.
