Guidepost Montessori is seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Lead Teacher, you will create and lead a model Montessori classroom, inspiring children to become independent, capable, and action-oriented thinkers.

• Design and implement a high-quality Montessori curriculum that fosters academic excellence and social-emotional growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement professional development programs that enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

• CDA or BA in Early Childhood Education.
• Montessori Diploma/Certificate for the 3-6 age group or willingness to receive free training to become certified.
• Experience working with children in a group setting, such as a preschool, daycare, childcare, nursery, or Reggio Emilia center.
• Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
