About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dietetic Technician to join our team at Whitehall of Deerfield. As a Dietetic Technician, you will play a vital role in providing nutrition services and medical nutrition therapy to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and interpret the nutritional status and needs of residents using established standards of care guidelines.
  • Write diet orders as needed and collaborate with the clinical interdisciplinary team.
  • Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents and their families.
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Food & Nutrition, Dietetics, Nutritional Science, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience working as a dietary technician, preferred.
  • Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
