Position Overview:
Wool Plumbing Supply is in search of a skilled Accounts Receivable Clerk to oversee and manage all receivable operations at one of our key locations.
This role demands a proactive individual with a proven track record in handling a substantial volume of customer invoices, including credit accounts and cash on delivery transactions. Exceptional communication skills are essential for effective customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately posting customer payments into our ERP system.
- Authorizing the release of sales orders when customers exceed their credit limits.
- Analyzing overdue accounts by reviewing customer agreements, payment histories, and credit lines; initiating communication with customers as needed to recover outstanding balances.
- Performing various administrative duties as required.
- Familiarity with Notice to Owners and Release of Liens is advantageous.
- Managing credit card transactions and completing end-of-day processes.
- Preparing bank deposits.
If you possess experience in accounts receivable, particularly within a wholesale or retail environment related to building products or trade operations, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
Compensation:
The salary for this position is negotiable.
