Job Description

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Service Line Replacement Project Engineer to support nationwide programs to inventory and replace lead service lines across various municipalities across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform lead service line inventories, coordinate potholing work, develop lead service line replacement plans, prepare bid documents for the replacement of lead service lines, and funding opportunities.
  • Support relationships with key stakeholders, including federal agencies, municipalities, utilities, contractors, and community groups.
Qualifications:
  • 4 years' experience in the water-related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering or a related field
  • E.I.T. Certification
  • Previous experience with public speaking, and advocacy
  • Experience with water infrastructure regulations and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multi-disciplinary teams
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
