The Position:

We are seeking a highly experienced Asbestos/Lead Abatement Project Manager to oversee and direct all aspects of our abatement projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of local, state, and federal regulations governing asbestos and lead abatement, ensuring strict compliance throughout every project phase.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance and supervision to abatement crews engaged in the removal of asbestos and lead from various structures, including ceilings, walls, floors, and more.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of work sites to ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and safety standards. Collaborate with industrial hygienists, architects, consultants, and engineers to implement best practices and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Review project specifications, blueprints, and work orders to determine priorities, estimate material requirements, and assign tasks to the field team.
  • Oversee the execution of projects from initial containment to final clearance, ensuring meticulous documentation and adherence to established protocols.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among crew members.
Qualifications:
  • Possess a valid Asbestos Supervisor License in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in all facets of asbestos and lead abatement projects.
  • Exhibit strong project management skills, including the ability to effectively plan, execute, and monitor projects within budget and time constraints.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey instructions and expectations to team members.
  • A commitment to safety and adherence to all regulatory guidelines is essential.
