Infrastructure Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Infrastructure Support Intern for Summer 2025.
This is a temporary position that offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT infrastructure support, research, and communications.
Key Responsibilities- Edit and maintain system infrastructure documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist the department with various IT research and communications projects, including data analysis and report writing.
- Support the installation, modification, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Research and troubleshoot workstation support incidents, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Record and track incidents and service requests in the Service Manager portal.
- Provide technical support for Windows OS, Office 365 applications, and mobile devices.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills, including moderate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Exceptional analytical, mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
