**Job Title:** Finance Development Representative

PowerPay is a leading financial technology company offering financing solutions to various industries, including home improvement. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Finance Development Representative to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with contractors, and promoting our financing solutions. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong desire to meet sales targets, and a passion for finance, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and networking.
  • Educate contractors on the benefits of offering financing to their clients and how it can help grow their business.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demos to explain the features and advantages of our financing solutions.
  • Closing deals and meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with contractors to foster repeat business.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (motivated candidates without a degree but with relevant experience may be considered).
  • Entry-level to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, home improvement, or a related industry.
  • Recent graduates with internships or part-time experience in sales, customer service, or marketing preferred.
  • Sales professionals with experience in industries like home improvement, SaaS, financial services, or other B2B-focused roles preferred.
  • Familiarity with Point-of-Sale financing, lending, or similar financial products is a plus.
