About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Public Finance Manager to lead our Dallas/Fort Worth and Austin offices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing the area office's operations by providing clients with expert public finance recommendations related to their development projects.

As a successful leader, you will partner with regional and national Launch professionals as well as our parent company, Land Advisors Organization, brokers, construction managers, and capital providers to create, build and operate a seamless workplace community to provide end-to-end development and disposition strategies for our private sector clients.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading real estate consulting firm and contribute to the growth and success of our business. Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in overcoming development and financing challenges, seizing opportunities, and maximizing operational strengths.
  • Oversee the operations of area office consulting engagements.
  • Ensure high-quality control standards and compliance with Texas Code.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with developer/builder clients.
  • Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration, or Real Estate.
  • 7+ years in public finance, residential, and/or master planned community development industry.
  • Leadership experience managing teams and growing business operations.
  • High-level communications skills with public agencies, clients, and senior management.
  • A resident of the Metroplex or Austin area.
