BrightSpring Health Services is looking for an entry-level Business Financial Analyst with a Bachelor's Degree to join our Finance team. This role will focus on financial reporting, modeling, budget creation, and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on operational activities, including productivity, payroll expenditures, revenue, margins, inventory, labor hours, and overtime.
- Design and implement reports, dashboards, and financial scorecards utilizing tools such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI.
- Aggregate financial and operational data to provide insightful analytics.
- Create regular and ad-hoc reports, perform data mining, and offer data consulting as required.
- Collaborate proactively with business leaders to analyze metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare and present findings to stakeholders using visual aids such as charts and graphs.
- Conduct audits of systems and validate data integrity across reports.
- Assist in workforce planning and reporting initiatives.
- Identify industry trends and competitive intelligence.
- Provide training to team members on data usage and reporting.
- Enhance the design and user experience of reports to serve as a key resource for operational and financial processes.
Qualifications
- Experience with financial reporting is preferred.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with various levels of business personnel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate business needs and outcomes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Capable of translating complex business requirements into clear, understandable terms.

Salary Range
