  • Manages the Buy Online Pick Up in Store (BOPIS) process, ensuring order fulfillment meets company expectations.
  • Ensures the store layout aligns with company planograms for optimal product placement.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

SUPERVISORY ROLE

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including team management, hiring, and training.

AVAILABILITY

Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including various shifts throughout the week.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Experience: 3-5 years of leadership experience in a retail environment.
