CUSTOMER CONNECTION

- Stays informed about product offerings and market trends to enhance customer service.
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
- Communicates new initiatives, leadership updates, and promotional activities effectively.
- Ensures the flawless implementation of operational guidelines and procedures.
- Guides and inspires the team to surpass sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develops strategic plans and equips the team with the necessary tools to meet performance indicators.
- Oversees the process of receiving and organizing inventory according to company standards.
- Manages the Buy Online Pick Up in Store (BOPIS) process, ensuring order fulfillment meets company expectations.
- Ensures the store layout aligns with company planograms for optimal product placement.
STRATEGIC THINKING
- Stays updated on industry developments and identifies opportunities to remain competitive.
- Adapts to changes in the retail environment and adjusts strategies accordingly.
- Analyzes sales reports to identify trends and formulates strategies to achieve store objectives.
- Utilizes the FAST model to consistently meet sales goals and company targets.
TEAM DEVELOPMENT
- Mentors and motivates team members to improve overall store performance.
- Promotes a culture of continuous learning and teamwork within the store.
- Identifies and nurtures in-store talent through effective performance management.
- Handles recruitment, hiring, and training processes to meet staffing needs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Capable of moving throughout the store consistently.
- Reads and interprets written materials on various platforms.
- Communicates verbally with customers and team members regularly.
- Inputs data using computer systems and handheld devices.
- Utilizes two-way radios for communication.
- Handles merchandise using appropriate equipment.
- Lifts and organizes items on shelves and displays.
- Reaches and bends as necessary for stocking and organizing.
- Climbs ladders as needed for inventory management.
- Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds individually and participate in group lifts as required.
SUPERVISORY ROLE
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including team management, hiring, and training.
AVAILABILITY
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including various shifts throughout the week.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of leadership experience in a retail environment.
