Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in long-term care or gerontology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs).
