Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Waters of Clinton. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for carrying out assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current federal and state regulations, as well as established company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make rounds to observe and evaluate the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
  • Prepare and administer medications as required
  • Administer treatments and consult with physicians as needed
  • Communicate effectively with the director of nursing and staff
Requirements:
  • Long-term care experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in nursing in a long-term care environment
  • Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing and currently licensed in TN
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
