Employee Health Specialist

Mercy Flights, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Employee Health Specialist to join our Safety & Emergency Preparedness department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Employee Health Procedures: Ensure legal compliance and best practices in employee health initiatives.
  • Coordinate Modified Duty and Return-to-Work Processes: Collaborate with HR to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
  • Manage Infection Control and Occupational Health: Oversee vaccination compliance, health screenings, and ergonomic evaluations.
  • Support Safety and Wellness Activities: Assist with audits, special projects, and safety-related tasks.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent required; a minimum of two years' experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Certifications and Skills: Current AEMT certification or higher required; advanced computer proficiency and excellent customer service skills.
  • Professional Standards: Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and uphold professional standards.
