Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of strategic and tactical brand plans across specific brands.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Marketing Director in annual brand development and execution of brand plans and programs.
- Contribute to idea generation and identify innovative solutions for products.
- Develop programs and tools for optimal sales force effectiveness.
- Analyze brand performance, compile insights, and synthesize data into clear and compelling storylines with actionable recommendations.
- Conduct product/brand training and support the onboarding of sales new hires.
- Communicate with and manage the advertising agency vendor to ensure deliverables are met.
- Work within cross-functional teams to develop and deploy product offerings.
- Analyze customer and market research materials to assess the impact of marketing programs and develop innovative campaigns to drive brand recognition and growth.
- Manage logistics, marketing collateral, demonstrations, discounts, advertising, and Facebook schedules.
- Conduct category and brand marketing mix analysis on product positioning, distribution, and pricing strategy/execution, promotion effectiveness, and competitive activity.
- Track traditional and digital media strategies, trends, demand territories, and occasions, brand perceptions, competitor activities, brand and campaign performance, and P&L.
- Support financial accountability, forecast process, and ROI analysis through management of vendor purchase orders and marketing budget tracking.
- Contribute to quarterly brand updates and business reviews.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to meet company targets.
- Ensure marketing processes, programs, and internal reports are developed, implemented, and effectively administered to align with Kedrion's corporate guidance and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Economics, Finance, or related discipline.
- MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
- 1-3 years of brand or pharmaceutical marketing experience.
- Agency management experience required.
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated experience in working collaboratively across an organization.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and provide independent thinking supported by fact-based rationale.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in identifying opportunities through analysis and bringing those opportunities to fruition.
- Proven ability to deliver brand/marketing programs that align with overall brand strategy.
- High ethical standards, personal integrity, and ability to build trust with teams.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to apply creativity, innovation, and out-of-box thinking to solve complex business/marketplace issues.
- Ability to effectively translate overall strategies into actionable operational plans and assure implementation.
- Willingness/ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
